REFUND POLICY

Cancellation and Return Policy

Tugay Güler (LineEye Record) will be referred to as the "SELLER" in this agreement, and the person purchasing physical and/or digital products through the website will be referred to as the "BUYER."

GENERAL:

1.     Unless otherwise stated on the website, sales of physical products are only made within the borders of the Republic of Turkey. Purchases made from abroad are under the sole responsibility of the buyer. Refunds, cancellations, and any related issues fall under the responsibility of the buyer. Our company cannot be held responsible. By placing an order through our website, you accept the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.

2.     Buyers are subject to the provisions of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation (RG:27.11.2014/29188).

3.     Shipping costs for physical products are borne by the Buyer.

4.     Each physical product purchased will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days to the address indicated by the Buyer. If delivery is not made within this period, the Buyer may terminate the contract.

5.     Purchased physical products must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications in the order, and with documents such as warranty certificate and user manual if applicable.

6.     If it becomes impossible to supply the product, the Seller must notify the Buyer within 3 days and refund the total payment within 14 days. If payment is processed via intermediary companies, refund responsibility belongs to those firms, not Tugay Guler (LineEye Record).

7.     For digital products (downloaded/uploaded by the customer or sent to the registered e-mail), no return, refund, or cancellation is possible under any circumstances.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID

If the Buyer fails to pay for the physical or digital product they purchased or cancels the payment in their bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the physical or digital product is terminated.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORSE REASONS

If force majeure events beyond the Seller's foreseeable future occur and the physical product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer will be notified. The Buyer may request the order to be canceled, the product to be replaced with a similar product, or a postponement of delivery until the obstacle is resolved. If the Buyer cancels the order, the payment will be paid in cash within 14 days of the cancellation. If the Buyer cancels by credit card, the product fee will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of the cancellation. However, the bank may transfer the payment to the Buyer's account within 2-3 weeks. If the site is connected to the collection system of intermediary companies receiving payment, this process is the responsibility of the relevant company; chizgitugay.com is not responsible for this process.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT

The Buyer must inspect the physical product subject to the contract before receiving it; damaged or defective physical products (such as dents, breaks, torn packaging, etc.) will not be accepted by the cargo company. The physical product received will be deemed undamaged and intact. The Buyer must carefully protect the physical product after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used, and the original packaging must be unopened. Furthermore, any warranty and protective tapes on the physical product must be intact. The invoice must be returned along with the physical product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the purchased physical product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to the person/organization at the address provided, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any justification, provided that they notify the SELLER using the contact information below. However, digital products are excluded from this scope and cannot be returned.

PERIOD OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. If the Buyer purchases a physical product, this 14 (fourteen) day period begins on the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital products.

2. The costs arising from exercising the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the BUYER.

3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given to the SELLER by registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not fall within the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised" provisions of this contract and must not have been used.

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. The invoice for the physical product delivered to a third party or the BUYER. (If the invoice for the physical product being returned is from a corporate entity, it must be sent along with the return invoice issued by the institution. Returns of orders with invoices issued to corporate entities will not be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)


2. Return form. Physical products to be returned must be returned complete, undamaged, and unopened, including their box, packaging, and any standard accessories.

RETURN CONDITIONS

1. The SELLER is obligated to return the total price and any documents that bind the BUYER to the BUYER within 10 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, and to collect the return of the goods within 20 days. If the site is connected to the collection system of the intermediary companies that receive payment, this process is the responsibility of the relevant collection company; chizgitugay.com is not responsible for this process.


2. If the value of the goods decreases due to the BUYER's fault, or if return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obligated to compensate the SELLER for damages to the extent of the BUYER's fault.


3. If the right of withdrawal falls below the campaign limit set by the SELLER due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign will be canceled.


4. Products purchased digitally cannot be returned.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

1. According to the regulation, it is not possible to return underwear, swimsuits and bikini bottoms, make-up materials, disposable products, goods that are prepared at the BUYER's request or clearly in line with their personal needs and are not suitable for return, goods that are in danger of rapid deterioration or may have expired, products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons if the packaging is opened by the BUYER after being delivered to the BUYER, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature, goods related to periodical publications such as digital music, newspapers and magazines provided under a subscription agreement, services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer, audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, and physical products if the packaging has been opened by the BUYER. Furthermore, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for physical or digital products and services whose performance began with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.

2. In order for all physical products, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, Vinyl Records and cassettes to be returned, their packaging must be unopened, untested, undamaged and unused.

EVENT OF DEFAULT AND ITS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that, if payment is made by credit card and the BUYER goes into default, the BUYER will pay interest and be liable to the bank pursuant to the credit card agreement between the bank and the cardholder. In such a case, the bank may take legal action and claim any resulting expenses and attorney fees from the BUYER. In any case, if the BUYER defaults on a debt, the BUYER agrees to pay the SELLER any losses and damages incurred due to the delayed payment of the debt.

You can shop with your credit and/or debit cards on our website, including within the Republic of Turkey for physical products and worldwide for digital products. You can also take advantage of single online payment or online installment options for all credit cards. For online payments, your credit card will be charged at the end of your order.
